I am very pleased to have found Katie in Hawkes Bay. I have used a number of ear nurses over the past 10 years in some of Auckland’s top clinics. Katie is by far the best ear nurse I have ever been to.
On my first visit to Katie, I was quite nervous due to suffering severe ear trauma at an Auckland clinic. After first meeting Katie, my fears dissipated very quickly. I was welcomed very warmly by this amazing nurse who was highly in tune with my needs right from the very start. She explained everything that I needed to know so that I understood what was happening. Most important of all, she adjusted the procedure to suit my tolerance level and observed me and my needs very carefully throughout the entire process. I am so incredibly grateful!
Katie then printed a comprehensive set of notes after each visit for my doctor. My GP who comes from a family of ear specialists, knew of Katie and remarked how good she was. The clinic is centrally located and easy to find. It is always immaculately clean, the right temperature and very professional. Thank you, Katie we are so lucky to have you.

For the past 18 months my mother has been under the care of Katie for ear wax problems which is often an issue for those with hearing aids. We have received a level of care that goes well beyond the norm, her professional approach combined with a warm and friendly personality has always provided us with the confidence to fully recommend Katie to anyone seeking her services.

I have suffered from blocked ears and ear infections for as long as I can remember. Going to ENT specialists helped in the short term and the problem would soon return. By chance I came across Katie and my life has changed dramatically. With regular visits my life has become a pleasure getting my hearing back and no longer suffering infections.

After years of being prescribed ear drops, hearing problems and headaches I saw Katie. I had years of wax removed and I could hear the stones crunch under my feet as I walked, the birds sing and the sound my hands make when you rub them together. I was in such awe I booked my whole family in. Our youngest son was having issues with his hearing and speech. We might still be on the waiting list except Katie advocated for us in every place she could. She took the time to get to know our family and build a great relationship with our children. She gave us the confidence to believe we were deserving of the health care we needed. Our children can’t wait to see her.
