On my first visit to Katie, I was quite nervous due to suffering severe ear trauma at an Auckland clinic. After first meeting Katie, my fears dissipated very quickly. I was welcomed very warmly by this amazing nurse who was highly in tune with my needs right from the very start. She explained everything that I needed to know so that I understood what was happening. Most important of all, she adjusted the procedure to suit my tolerance level and observed me and my needs very carefully throughout the entire process. I am so incredibly grateful!
Katie then printed a comprehensive set of notes after each visit for my doctor. My GP who comes from a family of ear specialists, knew of Katie and remarked how good she was.
